$100 Idea: Features Versus Benefits.

Use your product's features to support all of your benefits. Just because benefits are more important, don't forget to list the features. For example, you could say, "Our (product) is very easy to carry because of our durable plastic cover."

Make a complete list of your product's benefits and features. Begin your ad with the most important benefit either in your headline or first sentence. For example, your headline could say, "Write Joint Venture Proposals In Minutes!" Another example,"Would You Like To Work At Home?"

Mrs. Maxwell formerly worked for a large corporation and made millions of dollars for them over the telephone.  One day she realized that if she could do if for them; why couldn't she do it for herself?  Natasha then launched her own business which has included virtual assistant services, telemarketing, B2B/B2C Marketing, Medical Transcription and training others to work in the industry and training others to start their own home based business. 

 

Natasha says that there are opportunities in the home based business industry in numerous areas including; telemarketing, customer service, virtual assistance, medical billing, medical transcribing, graphics design, computer programming, free lance writing, financial consulting, accounting, photography and more.  In fact, Natasha says that she is hiring right now!  Imagine being able to work from home in so many different areas!

 

In this industry you are not just limited to your local area or even to Michigan. Natasha is walking proof that the world is a marketplace.  Natasha says that she gets emails for potential jobs and clients all the time, and most are outside of Michigan. Clients contact Natasha from Australia, London, India and from around the United States on a regular basis.

 

Natasha feels compelled to teach others how to start a virtual business. Real Estate Attorney and Sales Trainer to Speak at Michigan Real Estate Investing Club

Participants will learn how to legally set up their Real Estate Business and begin training on prospecting for business

 

Detroit, MI – The Detroit Michigan Real Estate Investors Club has good news for members who are looking to start their own business. Due to the previously scheduled speaker cancellation, the Real Estate Roundtable has invited Real Estate Attorney, Richard White and Certified Sales Trainer, Jerrick Jefferson, to speak at the meeting on Thursday evening.

The Michigan Property Investing club meets the 3rd Thursday of each month to provide an opportunity for real estate professionals to network and learn from each other. The group is most known for their featured speakers who provide valuable information to new and experienced real estate agents and property managers.
